We retrieve essential information about you from trusted data sources, such as MobiSign, a system approved by us. This enables seamless authentication ensuring secure access to the EVO app.

• Contact Information

Your contact details are crucial for effective communication. We collect information like your telephone number and email address from MNotify, ensuring we can keep you informed and connected.

• Device-Related Information

To enhance your experience and provide tailored services, we gather certain information from your device. This includes, but is not limited to, IP address, MAC address, network interfaces, device type and model, and other relevant data linked to your device. These details are employed to refine the functionality of the EVO app.

• Usage and Version Information

We maintain a clear understanding of how you interact with the EVO app. Information regarding the version of the EVO app on your device, as well as your usage patterns, is collected. This encompasses data related to various functionalities, features, and interactions with the app. We also keep track of device permissions, such as push notifications, connectivity services, and similar information that optimizes your engagement with the app.

• Additional Data

While most of the data will be drawn from public registries and pre-filled to streamline your experience, certain circumstances may require additional data. In such cases, Service Providers may request specific information necessary to fulfill your requests for certain public services.

Your Profile and My Data sections are populated with relevant data to ensure accurate representation.

• Seamless Interaction with Approved Recipients

Your Profile Data is used to pre-fill forms and user registration pages on Approved Recipient's Channels, streamlining your interactions with public services.

Utilizing the data, we offer tailored service recommendations and content, enhancing your experience based on your EVO usage patterns.

We employ the data to communicate with you via various means such as email, push notifications, and other forms of communication introduced depending on EVO's functionality and your device.
